Cardio Hardio for the Booty
20 seconds on/10 seconds off for 4 rounds of this circuit! Work hard and make sure that timer doesn't catch up with you! ;)
1. Jumping Jacks (with mini-band on ankles if able)
2. Squats (with or without weight)
3. High Knees or Marches in place
4. Alternating Reverse Lunges
